EUROPEAN RESEARCH SECURITY: THREAT PERSPECTIVES AND THE RESPONSES OF POLICY MAKERS AND RESEARCH PERFORMING ORGANISATIONS
This report examines perceptions about threats to European research security and the policies and practices in response to those perceived threats. It analyses the policies and practices of governments, universities and public research institutes (“research performing organisations”) in the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden, and assesses developments in policies by the European Union.
